Some good thoughts from Katherina Kribben on FistfulOfTalent Blog about the automated rejection mails most companies use. The thing is: It´s no rocket science to be much better with this. Just invest a little bit creativity after putting yourself into the shoes of an applicant. The effect is tremendous: Believe it or not you will receive thank-you-notes for such a process. During my timne at Straumann we were extremely happy with a very personal approach - the reactions of people were super-positive.
